Steps

  1. Send us complete information about your company name, business and a scanned copy of your passport.
  2. We will draft and send it to you the set of incorporation documents..
  3. Two of those documents you must sign at the nearby Bulgarian embassy or consulate, or at local Bulgarian notary public.
  4. We will open an escrow account for the deposition of the founding capital and file all compulsory documents to the Bulgarian Commercial Register.
  5. Your company will be ready after one working day. Then we can submit the documents for VAT number and for opening current bank account.
